Cheffin' Around
I've learned how to cook when I was a kid, watching my mom in the kitchen. The first dish I made by myself were crepes, taught by my aunt. The reason I was drawn to crepes, beside the taste, was the playful tradition of tossing them in the air for a flip. Often they would end up on the ceiling, the floor, or someone's head, sparking laughter and family fun. I cook everything from scratch (otherwise it feels like cheating) and from the heart. I don't really like following recipes.
